AnzenBaltic Founding BETA Program โ€” Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 11 August 2026 Version: 1.0 Applies to: Approved AnzenBaltic Founding BETA Program testers only

These Founding BETA Program Terms and Conditions (the "BETA Terms") govern your participation in the AnzenBaltic Founding BETA Program (the "Program"). They supplement โ€” and should be read together with โ€” the AnzenBaltic Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where these BETA Terms conflict with the general Terms of Service on a matter specific to the Program, these BETA Terms prevail for the duration of your beta participation. Capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms of Service.

By acknowledging these BETA Terms and participating in the Program, you agree to them.

1. The Program and its purpose

The Program is a pre-launch, invitation-based testing arrangement that gives a limited number of founding testers ("Beta Testers", "you") full access to the AnzenBaltic platform in exchange for active participation and structured feedback. It is a feedback partnership, not a no-obligation free trial. AnzenBaltic ("we", "the platform operator") uses your participation and insight to refine the platform before public launch.

2. Eligibility and acceptance into the Program

Participation is subject to application and approval. Places are limited and offered at our sole discretion. You must submit an accurate application and we aim to respond within approximately 48 hours. We may accept or decline any application without providing reasons, and may cap the total number of Beta Testers. The Program is intended for business use by professional AI governance consultants, consulting firms, or authorised organisation representatives, and not for consumers.

3. Beta access and licence

For the beta period (through 30 November 2026), we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform โ€” including every feature, module, and framework โ€” for internal evaluation and legitimate governance work. This includes AI-powered document generation, the Smart Assessment Engine, automated EU AI Act risk classification, and the multi-tenant workspace. Access is provided for the beta period only and confers no ownership rights in the software, which remain with the platform operator or its licensors. We may modify, add, or remove features during the beta as part of ongoing development.

4. Your participation commitments

Beta access is granted in return for genuine participation. You agree to:

  • complete brief structured feedback surveys at key milestones during the beta period;
  • use the platform actively with real or realistic governance scenarios so that workflows, document generation, and assessment logic can be meaningfully stress-tested;
  • be reasonably available for occasional check-ins, such as short calls of roughly twenty minutes or asynchronous exchanges, with the product team.

We may measure participation. Meaningful participation is a condition of the founding-member conversion reward described in Section 9, and we may remove Beta Testers who are persistently inactive or unresponsive.

5. Pre-release nature of the software โ€” no warranties

You understand and accept that the platform is provided in a pre-release, beta state. It may contain defects, incomplete features, or errors; it may behave unpredictably; and data entered during the beta may be affected by changes, resets, or maintenance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Program and platform are provided "as is" and "as available" during the beta, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or error-free operation. Nothing in this section excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Indemnity & Hold Harmless Disclaimer

By subscribing to this plan, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. INDEPENDENT SERVICE PROVIDER: You are an independent professional services provider. Nothing in this subscription or your use of the AnzenBaltic platform creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, or employment relationship between you and the Platform Operator.

  2. PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY: You assume full and sole professional responsibility for all advice, assessments, recommendations, deliverables, and services you provide to your clients.

  3. SOFTWARE-ONLY DISCLAIMER: The Platform is provided as a software tool only. The Platform Operator does not provide legal, regulatory, compliance, or professional advice. All assessments, scores, documents, and reports generated by the Platform are informational aids that must be reviewed and validated by suitably qualified professionals.

  4. INDEMNIFICATION: You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Platform Operator from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses arising out of or relating to your provision of services to your clients.

  5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Platform Operator's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

  6. DATA PROTECTION: You shall comply with applicable data-protection laws, including the EU GDPR. You are the controller of your client data and are responsible for establishing a lawful basis for processing.

  7. GOVERNING LAW: This disclaimer is governed by the laws of Estonia (European Union).

7. AI-assisted output and professional responsibility

All AI-generated content is a draft starting point and not legal advice. Every AI-generated artefact is labelled as a draft and must be reviewed by a qualified person, and a certified reviewer must approve a document before it is treated as final or exported, consistent with the human-oversight principle of EU AI Act Article 14. You remain solely responsible for verifying the accuracy, completeness, and legal suitability of any output before relying on it or providing it to your clients.

8. Data protection, confidentiality, and feedback

Your handling of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy. Where you act as a data controller, you remain responsible for having a lawful basis for the data you enter and for honouring data-subject rights, and you must not enter special categories of personal data (Article 9 GDPR) unless lawful and necessary. During the beta you should avoid uploading sensitive live client data you are not authorised to process in a pre-release environment; realistic test data is encouraged where practical.

The platform, its unreleased features, roadmap, non-public pricing, and any non-public information you learn through the Program are confidential. You agree not to disclose them or publish screenshots, benchmarks, or reviews of unreleased functionality without our prior written consent, except as required by law.

Any feedback you provide is given voluntarily, and you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it to improve and commercialise the platform without obligation or compensation. This does not transfer ownership of your own customer data, which you retain.

9. Founding-member conversion

Beta Testers who complete the beta and provide meaningful feedback are eligible to convert to a lifetime licence at founding-member pricing. If you convert by 30 November 2026, the current founding rates apply: โ‚ฌ389 once-off for the Professional lifetime plan and โ‚ฌ609 once-off for the Agency lifetime plan. After 1 January 2027, public early-adopter pricing applies (indicatively โ‚ฌ739 and โ‚ฌ1,049 respectively). Prices are in EUR and subject to applicable VAT at the point of purchase, including the reverse-charge mechanism where a valid VAT identification number is provided. A "lifetime licence" means a one-time payment with no recurring subscription fees, retaining the chosen plan's then-current usage limits for as long as the AnzenBaltic platform exists. Eligibility to convert is conditional on genuine participation, determined by us in good faith. Conversion is optional; if you do not convert, your account transitions to a free tier or closes with no further obligation.

10. Acceptable use, suspension, and termination

The acceptable-use rules in the Terms of Service apply in full. We may suspend or terminate your Program access where these BETA Terms or the Terms of Service are breached, where required for security, or where your account is inactive. You may leave the Program at any time by notifying us or ceasing use. The Program automatically ends at the close of the beta period. On termination, access ends and data is handled as described in the retention section of the Data Management page.

11. Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these BETA Terms or the Program to reflect changes in the service, the offer, or the law; the "last updated" date and version reflect the current version, and material changes will be communicated to active Beta Testers and may require renewed acknowledgement. These BETA Terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Estonia (European Union), consistent with the Indemnity & Hold Harmless Disclaimer in Section 6, except where your service contract specifies otherwise. For questions about the Program, contact the AnzenBaltic team via the contact details on the platform.
